Optima Health Association Plans

If you have between 2 and 99 employees - you are eligible to receive additional value added benefits from Optima Health for your employees and their families.

You do not have to pay additional premiums for these value-added benefits. Once your company signs up for Optima Health insurance (at the determined premium level), indicate that you are a VAMMHA member and these value-added benefits will be included to your plan at no additional premium cost.

Based on your plan selection, you could qualify for:

• Annual gynecological exam and Pap test.
• Annual mammogram and colorectal cancer screenings.
• Routine prostate exam and PSA test.
• Routine immunizations and well child care.
• Reductions in specialist office visits and outpatient surgery co-pays.
• Additional Employee Assistance Programs sessions.
